I like to experiment with different flavour combinations, therefore I don’t have a set flavour list for celebration cakes. However, below is a list of some recent popular orders of mine as examples of what I tend to bake. I’m always open to discussing flavours with clients for a more personalised celebration cake.
- Vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry jam filling.
- Chocolate sponge with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and salted caramel filling.
- Carrot cake with a Cream cheese buttercream.
- Lemon sponge with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and a lemon curd filling.
- Raspberry sponge with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry jam filling.
